Loyal Opposition?
Blogger Tigerhawk has written a very thoughtful piece on “Considering Dissent and Limited War.” It is a well thought out discussion of the rationales for opposing a limited war - in this case Iraq - and what the motives of the dissenters could be. Those motives are then examined to see if there is a legitimacy to them.
Most of the Members of Congress from both houses fail the legitimacy test.
